Tyreke Smith did not do too much to garner much attention in his first 2 years as a buckeye; however, even when he was unproductive, some scouts still adored his athletic upside. In the past few games, especially with our thin defensive end depth, he has been nearly unstoppable. He gets constant pressure and I find myself hearing his name more and more. With him really starting to heat up at the end of this year, if he chooses to return for the 2021 season, I could see him having a monster year.
Would that be enough for him to finally begin to enter the Round 1 Draft consideration and continue to show Larry Johnson's success at the position?
