I know that we ended last year poorly. However, I just feel so much better when I listen to Wilson talk. I've listened to some things he has said recently and some things he has said in the past and I know a lot of people say he is a great OC and can work wonders but what really encourages me is that the dude just has plans in place for this team. He answers questions and tells exactly what he wants/needs and what he plans to do and it sounds so wonderful. Doesn't even to me sound like "coach speak" but just a guy ready to help out and get stuff done.

Someone asked him if he will make JT a great passer and he replied that he will put that pieces together to allow Barrett to become a great passer. That is encouraging.

Anyways, just wanted to share... cause I think a little encouragement around here is good and it's time to go 15-0 and win everything and end the season very happy. Go Bucks!
