Everyone already knows we have a ridiculously deep DL.. but just how deep is it and how many can actually rotate during meaningful minutes outside of garbage time
DE - Tyquan Lewis, Sam Hubbard, Jalyn Holmes, Nick Bosa, Jonathan Cooper, Chase Young
1T - Michael Hill, Davon Hamilton (Maybe Sprinkle or Hill here too but putting them at 3)
3T - Dre'mont Jones, Robert Landers, Tracy Sprinkle, Jashon Cornell
Can 12 guys rotate? Is Cooper going to have to wait another year? Does Cornell really have a shot at getting out there? Is Chase Young that talented that he will rotate in as a freshman despite the depth? Will Barrow, Garret, and Cage manage to catch any time in mop up?
If 12 guys are too many who are the odd men out? Cornell? Cooper? Young?
Unless there is a serious rhythm to playing DL does it make sense not to rotate as much as possible? I mean having fresh guys going 100mph the whole game definitely seems like a good idea.
Hot take though.. Clemsons starting DL is still better than ours although I doubt they match our depth. Wilkins and Lawerence are nightmares that no one on our roster resemble.. except hopefully Bosa.
