I believe J.T. has a chance to compete for the Heisman this year. A number of things have to fall his way but it could happen. 

1. He must continue to put up numbers similar to Saturday's performance
2. The team must dominate like they did against Rutgers
3. Some of his competitors, mostly Leonard Fournette, must have some bad games

Typically, Heisman winners need to have two good years to win the award. J.T.'s numbers from last year were strong enough to set the foundation. However, the beginning of the year he was not ready to resume his performance level. But like all things it is how you finish and not so much how you start. 

If J.T. maintains the performance level from the Rutgers game he will finish with some decent numbers.
