Have you ever wondered how Ohio State and the B1G stack up against the other members of the Power Five conferences in recruiting for 2016? How the top recruit in the B1G compares to the top recruits in the other Power Five conferences? This series will answer those questions and more.

Duke

Duke (.861) has a higher comp. avg. rating than Oklahoma.

BIG 12 BLUE BLOOD TROUBLE?
Texas and Oklahoma have a combined 14 commits for the 2016 class. Texas leads the Big 12 with a .889 composite average rating. Oklahoma is fourth in the Big 12 with a .859 comp. avg. rating.

12 Power Five Conference schools have a higher rating than Texas. 25 P5 schools outside of the Big 12 have better classes than the Sooners.

3 (4) B1G .853 -.003
4 (3) ACC .852 -.012
5 (5) BIG 12 .846 +.002

The B1G moves up to number three in the rankings because the ACC lost 12 points and took a free fall. The Big 12 was the only conference not to lose points in the last month.

The rankings remain the same, but Ohio State built its lead over Florida State and LSU. Getting verbals from Nick Bosa and Luke Farrell definitely helped the cause.
