Just noticed the Jim Thorpe Award watch list which was released earlier today.  Vonn Bell is on it of course.  But to me the interesting thing is that Doug Middleton of Appalachian State made the list - but nobody from the University of Michigan.  Not even the "great" Jabril Peppers.
