I coach a youth baseball team outside of my normal 9-5. 

With that being said, I was wrapping up practice at our indoor facility in Cleveland, Oh this weekend when one of the mothers from our team says, "Cardale Jones is here." Being a huge OSU fan, I immediately dropped everything to track him down. As I am walking through the doorway to the field, there he stood. I simply said, "12 gauge, would you be willing to take a few pics with me and my team." He agreed. 

The following day, I shot out a tweet thanking him for the pictures. He instantly retweeted it. This was followed by about 3-4 hours of my phone blowing up from favorites and retweets. 

It was very refreshing to see how much he has matured since his infamous tweet. I believe this is a testament to what Urban is doing in Columbus. He could have very easily said no, but instead he made the day for my young athletes who look up to him.
