Just nine days after announcing she would transfer from Ohio State, Dorka Juhász has found her transfer destination.

The Buckeyes’ two-time All-Big Ten forward announced Monday that she will continue her college career at UConn, where she will have two more seasons of eligibility.

A 6-foot-4 forward from Hungary, Juhász was an immediate impact player at Ohio State, leading the Buckeyes with 11.7 points and nine rebounds per game as a freshman in 2018-19, earning second-team All-Big Ten honors. She again led the team in both categories with 13.2 points and 9.4 rebounds per game in 2019-20 to earn first-team all-conference recognition. As a junior this past season, Juhász averaged more than a double-double with 14.6 points and 11.1 rebounds per game; she ranked second in the entire Big Ten in rebounding.

Now, Juhász will be playing for the top program in women's basketball, which speaks to how highly regarded a player she is. UConn has made 13 of the last 14 Final Fours and has won 11 national championships since 1995, all with Geno Auriemma as head coach. The Huskies are expected to be a top national championship contender once again in 2021-22, with Juhász joining a roster that returns all of its key players from last season – including national player of the year Paige Bueckers – and is set to add another top-ranked recruiting class that includes No. 1 overall prospect Azzi Fudd.

Ohio State's other starting forward from last season, Aaliyah Patty, announced she was entering the transfer portal on Thursday.
