A little something for the non-football crowd, all three of you...

Just a little tOSU news to help us through yet another day of the dreaded off season.

It starts like this, "Five Buckeyes ready to begin competition in Leipzig, Germany July 19-26."

So here's the scoop:

COLUMBUS, Ohio –  Four former Buckeyes and one current member on the Ohio State fencing team are set to compete in the 2017 World Fencing Championships July 19-26 in Leipzig, Germany. Rising senior Marc-Antoine Blais Belanger (men’s epee) will begin individual competition from the world championships on Thursday.

Here's the link and here's the rosters.

A complete list of talented former Buckeyes, including two Olympians, in action can be found below:

World Championships (as individuals):
Men's Epee (7/20) - Marc-Antoine Blais Belanger and Jason Pryor
Men's Sabre (7/19) - Fares Arfa
