The Big Ten officiates the sport differently than the rest of the sport and this is going to hurt the Big Ten win it comes to playoff time just like it kills the Big Ten during March Madness. 

It is clearly a league wide issue and I think everyone can see it when they watch any game.
 

Something needs to be done about it.

Not surprised at all. Pretty telling how horrible the officials have been when 6 of the last 7 spots in this list are B1G teams.
