For those too young to remember, Wisconsin was one of the bottom feeders of the B1G for as long as I can remember. But along came Barry Alvarez and he transformed their entire athletic department into one of the most consistent winners over the last 30 years. Enjoy retirement Barry, if anyone deserves it, you do.
