The annual UniWatch college football uniform season preview
As a college football uniform and uniform history buff, I enjoy info and pictures like this article. I am a traditionalist though and not a fan of the multiple unis and helmets. But it is what it is and for now schools are going to change uniforms.
I do laugh at the marketing mumbo jumbo such as Notre Dame is going to wear Rockne inspired unis. Looks like Maryland will wear throwbacks from early 1940s. Too bad they didnt go with early 30s throwbacks as they had some wild ones. I may try and post pics of the early 30s Terps.
As many know I am an Ohio State throwback uniform fan and wish the Buckeyes would wear accurate throwbacks. The 1942 unis were the closest. Some of the others were not even close such as the 1954 fauxbacks.
