Hello all!

i need your help. I don't cook, and my wife asked me to go to the fresh market to grab some food. Naturally, I went to the fish and meat section.

my wife is the cooker, but I hold my own. Seeing red meat, I got excited and asked my wife if she wanted a London Broil. She said sure, so I got a 2.5 lb puppy and had the butcher swaddle that bad boy.

i then texted my wife and asked "how do we cook this?" She said she had no idea and we would have to look it up.

i now see my chance to prove my worth in the kitchen and make up for my oatmeal debacle that has haunted me for years.

any help on how to cook a good London broil? What the hell do I do with it? Any help?
