The Clue

After spending last summer travelling this great country, the Krenzel and Clarett Dolls made it back home. They were fortunate enough to visit with a current Buckeye who was born and raised in our nation's 12th state. He attended and played football at a school better known for its basketball team. 

After graduation, he became a graduate assistant for a couple of years at his alma mater. This individual then spent time at Winston Salem State, North Carolina A&T and Foard High School. After a season at the high school ranks, he made his way to Ohio where he landed a job with Miami. During his time in Oxford, he worked with Sean Payton, who is now the head coach of the New Orleans Saints.   

Oxford was a spring board to positions at three schools in power 5 conferences. Kirk Herbstreit had this to say about Ohio State's talented coach, "When you combine his knowledge, his background and his ability to recruit; I think its the perfect fit..."
