Up first is a song from Dutch symphonic metal band Epica, featuring a guest vocal performance from Tony Kakko of Sonata Arctica. This song is both soothing and sad, hopeful and tragic, concluding on a note of helpless loss ("Would you forgive me?"). This is "White Waters."

Next we have a great, spirited song by New York based rapper Action Bronson (aka the guy who stole Ghostface's voice) from his latest album Mr. Wonderful. The song features an everpresent droning jazz guitar which lends an air of classic Americana. This song is called "Easy Rider." Lastly is a true classic, a song that at one point was almost inescapable on the radio waves. This is "Smooth" by Carlos Santana.
