Specifically, near the LAND GRANT Brew pub area?  I am strongly considering leasing a new facility in Fraklinton near Rich & Town, about 1 block or two away from the Land Grant brew.  I know you guys here at 11W own and/or run that place if I remember reading about on here before.. and I need some opinions on this area. 

I hear this part of Franklinton is improving, and obviously there is a lot of construction and redeveloping going on around here, but I don't know much about this neighborhood in recent years.  Of course, anything West of 315 is still pretty rough, too rough for me to lease.. but I'd like some honest opinions on the area near Land Grant (Rich St.).  How bad is crime? Vandalism? Etc..  Previous tenants I have quized have nothing but positive things to say, but the area is still concerning for me as a business owner.  Thanks in advance.  Go Bucks!
