I would like to take a moment and discuss opinions on hard ciders especially since the fall season is best for it.

I recently have gone on a small Angry Orchard kick (brewed in Cincy, OH).  Now, this wouldn't ordinarily be a problem but my wife referred to me as a "bitch" for drinking a "bitch drink".  So my main goal with this post is to debunk her myth that all dudes that drink hard cider are "bitches".  My secondary goal is to reach out to the 11W commentariat and get your take on hard ciders.  Do you drink them?  Which is your favorite if so?  Is there a craft market out there for them?
