Baseball school? Baseball school.

Michigan's stint as a baseball school was extremely short-lived.

After going up 1-0 against Vanderbilt in the College World Series, the Wolverines lost back-to-back games to give the Commodores the 2019 National Championship.

On one hand, it's hard to talk too much shit about our dearest rivals when they advanced to the finals and the Buckeyes didn't even make it out of region play.

On the other, this was Michigan's single-best athletic performance of the year and they still didn't win a championship of any kind – joining the football and basketball teams – and still lost the season series to Ohio State, 3-1.

Enjoy your runner-up trophy, boys.

Hey, this is what a championship looks like
