Michigan State has reached a settlement with 332 women and girl victims of sexual assault at the hands of Larry Nassar.
The settlement will cost the school $500 million. The school will pay $425 million now and hold $75 million in reserve in case other Nassar victims come forward.
MSU will now work on how it will pay the settlement, MSU spokeswoman Emily Guerrant told the Free Press.
Nassar was sentenced to 60 year in federal prison for his crimes. He also faces a 40- to 175-year sentence and a 40- to 125-year sentence on state charges. Those won't begin until he finishes his federal sentence.
