The Purdue Boilermakers beat Cal State Fullerton, 74-48, on Friday. The celebration, however, did not last long.

Center Isaac Haas fell on his right elbow midway through the second half while trying to secure a rebound. He remained in the game but post-game X-rays revealed a fracture. He will miss the rest of the tournament.

Haas finishes the season as a Kareem Abdul-Jabbar Award finalist with 14.7 points and 5.7 rebounds a game.

Purdue faces the winner of Arkansas and Butler in the second round on Sunday.
