PSU's Bill O'Brien Doesn't Expect Further Transfers

At a banquet for Penn State supporters in New York, Bill O'Brien stated that he does not believe his team will face a second wave of transfers. Penn State players are still allowed to transfer at-will. Penn State is already down to 67 players.
