Choices Warren Ball Bri'onte Dunn Ezekiel Elliott Curtis Samuel Rod Smith Vote Comments Show All Comments ITWASME 2 Aug 2014, 8:51 am No reason to pick anyone except EZE at this point Hovenaut Mod 2 Aug 2014, 9:03 am Signs point to EzE. I like the buzz Samuel has had, but there's no way he leads the pack as a freshman. Sending out an SOS for Rod Smith, I still hold out hope he can find a way to step up. http://days.to/7-september/2015 Rock on. +2 HS buckeyedude 2 Aug 2014, 9:47 am I went with Rod Smith as well. I really would like to see him go out on a high note. +1 HS GlueFingers Lavelli 2 Aug 2014, 12:00 pm I voted Zeke but I'm with you. Hoping Roderick can bounce back. Maybe have a Hyde type role as our power back. Not sure if he or Warren Ball will be that guy. I anticipate big things coming from #15 this season. Dustin Fox was our leading tackler as a corner.... because his guy always caught the ball. Jugdish 2 Aug 2014, 10:06 am I believe Urban said at this point that Eze would get the first start, but also Samuel would get on the field. It is really a surprise to me that OSU has all these weapons at running back and a true freshman may be the one who excels. I really feel for Rod Smith if he doesn't see the field often this year. If he had gone to IU, he may be in position to have his number retired this year. The one player that has shown me a lot is Warren Ball. Fast, big, and has the moves. My top three would be Eze, Ball, then Samuel. Sorry Rod. Remember to get your wolverine spayed or neutered. TBDBITL chicagobuckeye 2 Aug 2014, 11:49 am I don't know that going any where else would have helped rod. He has had ball control issues throughout his career. If he corrects his fumbulitis he could have a phenomenal senior season, but I don't believe it has to do with his choice of osu. Byaaaahhh 2 Aug 2014, 11:19 am Dontre wilson. Myc24 2 Aug 2014, 12:22 pm EZE. Going into camp, I think he's the clear number one. "Because I couldn't go for three!" - Wayne Woodrow Hayes BuckeyeRealist13 2 Aug 2014, 6:19 pm At this point there is no reason to think it would be anybody other than Elliot. I'm curious to who would take spell Elliot though. I assume it would be either Smith or Dunn, maybe even Ball. "You're damn right thats daddy" - Urban Meyer UrbanCulture 2 Aug 2014, 7:20 pm First play will be diamond formation with Brax, Zeke, Samuel, Smith +2 HS chicagobuckeye 2 Aug 2014, 7:35 pm Mind...blown... SilverBullet-98 2 Aug 2014, 9:22 pm Would really like to see what Dunn can do. I think what is kinda sad is Ball and Dunn could be starting at Indiana, Purdue, Minnesota, Illinois or Penn St probably.
