A local news station interviewed former Baylor president Ken Starr and asked him a question regarding an email that was sent to him during his tenure. The emails subject line was "I was raped at Baylor" Starr's first answer is 

I honestly may have. I’m not denying that I saw it.

 After that answer his crisis manager asks for that part of the interview to be deleted, the station refuses. She requests to speak with Starr and after speaking requests that the question be asked again. After answering the question a second time Starr looks to his crisis manger and asks "was that ok?". The question is asked yet again and this time he gives a definitive answer that he didn't see the email. As the video notes Starr is asking for Baylor to be transparent but he does not care about being transparent.
