I mentioned in tonight's Hurry Up that Ohio State head coach Urban Meyer stopped by to see Toledo Springfield three-star running back Bryant Koback. The 5-foot-11, 194-pound senior is committed to Kentucky, but Meyer and the staff had to be impressed by last week's game against Perrysburg in which Koback rushed for 373 yards and six touchdowns.
Unfortunately, WTOL-TV's Jordan Strack is reporting that Koback broke both his tibia and fibula tonight against Lebanon:

Hearing from people at Springfield that Bryant Koback likely has a broken leg. Just awful news.

Koback does not have an offer from Ohio State, but it's still worth noting the program's interest in case a few other options fall through. Hopefully I can catch up with him soon.
