Day will adapt his offense to the talent he has, so this may be a moot point. However, if we need someone to play the fullback position that Mitch Rossi vacated... perhaps Reid Carrico is an option.

His story reminds me of someone like Cade Stover. LB who may find himself in a logjam at that position. Younger players like CJ Hicks may be ahead of him on the depth chart. Could bring that tough LB mentality to the offense.

Talented Ohio athlete...who ran the ball quite well in high school. Some highlights:
• Had 56 tackles and 17 tackles for loss and four sacks in 12 games as a senior in 2020
• Rushed for 1,544 yards and 25 touchdowns in helping Ironton reach the Division V state championship game
• Had 187 yards on 29 carries in a 22-19 win over Roger Bacon in the state semifinals
• Rushed for over 3,000 yards with 48 career touchdowns
Just a thought. I hope Reid gets a shot. Now that we basically only play 2 LBs... and Knowles does not rotate at all...even against crappy teams...maybe we could get some of these guys to spots where they can make a difference.
