Thus far, the following have been discussed as an explanation for the offensive performance that has been puzzling to us Buckeye fans. The many of those explanations are being ruled out in the last 2 weeks, and yet the question marks remain. The remaining ahem "excuses" are getting fewer and fewer.
Poor offensive line play
Bad snaps
Starting QB ambiguity
Wildcat disrupting momentum
Receivers not open
Failure to use running back
Poor play calling
Bad clock management
Poor QB decision-making
What others are there at this point? I recall last year when the defense was still somewhat suspect, Michael Bennet emerged as a voice of leadership in the locker room that would no longer tolerate everyone giving it their best effort. Does a voice of leadership need to emerge on offense this year?
