Mostly because I would like to direct my Friday afternoon away from the Mike Weber saga can we discuss some possible replacements for the position? I'm not familiar with too many up and coming guys so I wasn't sure if you guys had any ideas or preferences.  If one of the great 11W staff members had mentioned this already I apologize.
