I have statistical and factual proof that #5 was better as a freshman and is better than the current starter. #5 has been better against our biggest rivals (Illinoise and Michigan State).

Although Curtis Grant has more tackles through the season, #5 has had more tackles in November (8 tackles compared to 4, that's nearly twice as much), but Curtis Grant registered 2 tackles in his entire freshman campaign while 5 has had 30 so far. Clearly, #5 will be the starter next year if he doesn't transfer.
