I was listening to CBS Sports Radio this weekend and heard about this story.

The show host, I can't remember his name, who stated he is from PA said he would only vote to approve this if it were a Toll Crossing and 100% of the proceeds went to educating adults about child sexual abuse and to victims of child sexual abuse. 

As a father of two young boys, that would be the ONLY way I would ever concede the notion of a bridge named after Joe Paterno, let alone cross that bridge.
