Happy New Year, Dubbers!
Hopefully Santa brought you everything you wanted, needed, or hoped for - even you miscreants who don't believe.
I wanted to celebrate the second Fiesta Bowl of 2016 with a themed dish, so I saved this one, just in the event of a return to the desert. I present to you, Fiesta Ranch Dip.
Ingredients
- 1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch Original Salad Dressing and Seasoning Mix
- 16 oz sour cream
- 10 ounce can Rotel Original (drain excess liquid)
- 11 oz can of Mexicorn (drained)
- 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Mix thoroughly, refrigerate for one hour (at a minimum), and enjoy with Fritos Scoops, or Tostitos - the rightful sponsor of this bowl game. But, at least we've heard of PlayStation, so that's an improvement.
There isn't much to add to this one, except that I add more shredded cheese, because I can.
