my son just got the results from a blood test he had done on my grandkids dog it came back that the chemical the live puts out is 7 times higher than it should be they want him to get an ultrasound done and some other stuff just to see if there is a chance of saving him

the dog is going to be 5 in sept. my grand daughter is 4 and my grandson 8 i can't even think about how bad they're going to take it if he dies with out crying

my question is .................. is there really any chance of saving a dog with liver failure ?
