In Michael Citro's piece "Buckeye Moms", BROJIM gave a shout out to his mom for years of doing his football laundry. Are there any other shout outs to moms, dads, grandparents, etc? Or, maybe you're the parent of a budding star that goes or went to great lengths to make sure they could pursue their dream. Props to you! 

My shoutout goes to dad, who would not allow me to be content with one great play. (An unassisted triple play at 3rd base) During my post game self congratulatory moment, reminding me that I'd flied out to the shortstop in my next at bat. Teaching me to remain humble, and to concentrate and focus on the next play. Whether the previous play was a memorable one, or one to forget. Thanks Dad!
