Following Oklahoma's 38-20 spanking of Oklahoma State to capture the Big 12 conference crown, quarterback Baker Mayfield said he will return to Norman next season.
The Sooner signal-caller passed for 288 yards and three touchdowns against the Cowboys, improving Oklahoma to 10-2 overall.
The win also gave Ohio State's playoff resume a boost as the Sooners reeled off nine straight wins since the Buckeyes handed them a 45-24 beatdown back in mid-September.
Ohio State welcomes Mayfield and the rest of the Sooners to the Shoe next Sept. 9.
