Former offensive coordinator Tom Herman is down in Houston now. He's taken a few Ohio State traditions — Student Appreciate Day and Friday Night Lights among them — down to Houston.
He's also promising to outwork every program in the country, not only this year, but every year prior to 2015 too.

I joined the Cougar swagwagon the second they hired Herman, but even my soul hurts for his players, who are in the fast lane on their way to pain.
