Bad news for Brady Hoke, the Ohio football team is getting better.

Runs at 5 AM, team calisthenics, push presses and squats with a picnic table with teammates, and "plenty of crawling and rolling in the sand," are all part of Ohio's new training regimen.

Will it work? Only time will tell.
