Holtz as C3PO is ... fitting (although the real C3PO has better diction).
To be fair, most farm animals have better diction than ol' Lou.
I think that's the joke since C3PO was the "protocol" droid "fluent in over 6 million forms of communication" with crisp diction and Brit accent.
