Wow. As a Pleasant grad it was pretty shocking to read that someone from my little school (who I have never heard of, I'm getting old down here in Cincinnati) is going to Ohio State to play football.
Marion native myself (Harding) so always funny, and disconcerting honestly, to see Marion Star as a source. Kid wants to be a Buckeye and, at 190, will put on some lbs. As stated on another thread, could be a beast on special teams.
Any of you Buckeye historians out there have any success stories about OSU previous walk ons? You hear it a lot about guys who turn out to be great players after previous walking on but I don't recall hearing it that much about OSU. Now, I'm just thinking off of the top my head so if I miss an obvious one, my apologies.
4-6 seconds from point A to point B and when you get to point B, be pissed off
He is part of the OHSAA film that has to be viewed each year that outlines the Do's and Don'ts of being a high school athlete. Still has the same hair and looks exactly the same as when he played.

Pretty damn cool.
Good to see other Spartans on the site (06 grad).
I've seen him play. The Buckeyes got a very solid player.
I'm an RV grad. Go Vikes! But I am definitely in full support of my Marion brethren.
Woah small world! Me too Class of '99 here.
He also has a 4.0. Beast mode [On] Off
The ultimate player would be a guy with a higher GPA than 40 time.

Never had much liking to anything Pleasant as a Marion Harding grad (04), but that's excellent for him on getting a preferred walk-on offer.
I am a Elgin Grad (09) so i dont have much like for the Spartans either but its cool to see someone from the area play for the Bucks. Wish him well.
Cardington grad. Moac rep!!!

Dustin Fox was our leading tackler as a corner.... because his guy always caught the ball.
I have become a lot more concerned about this place now that I know all it's Marion ties!
I live in Marion now but I was raised around Ashley and went to school in Delaware!
