Pretty high ranking for a team with what was thought to be a questionable roster after last year. B1G looks to be pretty strong this year. I can't wait to see OSU play!

#4 in both polls is surprising to me but I like it! I figured the Buckeyes would be ranked around #10 preseason but obviously the pollsters think Craft and Deshaun can lead this team to another big season. The key is the sophomores have to step up, especially Amir and Ross. It will be a much different team without Sully but I'm anticipating another exciting season for tOSU.

It's interesting CBS college bball analysts have the Buckeyes at #17 but most outlets have tOSU as a top 10 team heading into the year. With matchups against Marquette, Duke, and Kansas all early on we should have a much better understanding of how this team will fare in the B1G and come March.

My Silver Bullets:

1. All five teams are from three states. Holy Midwest basketball... Love seeing three B1G Ten teams in the Top 5.

It has received a 3 seed or better 64% of the time (18/28).
