PHONE'S RINGING -- IT'S URBAN ON THE LINE
Pretty high ranking for a team with what was thought to be a questionable roster after last year. B1G looks to be pretty strong this year. I can't wait to see OSU play!

very strong. hope big ten lives up to it's billing this year. go bucks!
I know there's a game saturday, and my ass will be there.
#4 in both polls is surprising to me but I like it! I figured the Buckeyes would be ranked around #10 preseason but obviously the pollsters think Craft and Deshaun can lead this team to another big season. The key is the sophomores have to step up, especially Amir and Ross. It will be a much different team without Sully but I'm anticipating another exciting season for tOSU.
It's interesting CBS college bball analysts have the Buckeyes at #17 but most outlets have tOSU as a top 10 team heading into the year. With matchups against Marquette, Duke, and Kansas all early on we should have a much better understanding of how this team will fare in the B1G and come March.
Good for them. We should expect great things from the Shooty Hoops team, just like we expect great things from the Footballers. GO BUCKS!

Lest we become Wisconsin...
Craiger talkin' smack, makin some copies.
It's a good time to be a Buckeye.
My Silver Bullets:
1. All five teams are from three states. Holy Midwest basketball... Love seeing three B1G Ten teams in the Top 5.
2. According to Ken Pomery, this is pretty solid news for the Buckeyes. Sadly, the #5 ranked team has had better success... at least on paper. http://kenpom.com/blog/index.php/weblog/more_fun_with_the_preseason_ap_poll
