This would be a good move for him.  Kid has talent and is stuck behind the Moxie.

Bolden should look at talented qb recruits LSU has had in recent years - Russell Shepard (now a WR) and Jordan Jefferson - and wipe this visit from his memory. He needs to find a team out there with an offense to utilize his talents.

so much for the State Penn recruits hanging together as a team.....................

Battles are sometimes won by generals; wars are nearly always won by sergeants and privates. Football is no different, the guys down in the trenches win the games, not the coach.

Bolden isn't a recruit.

This guy has been looking to transfer since Jan 2011 but Paterno would not grant a release from his scholarship. Plus BOB now has him as the third string QB on the depth chart.

IMO he's got talent but hasn't been properly developed by Jay Paterno (who is only slightly better than having a video coordinator as the QB coach). This is a smart move by Bolden. He should be looking at schools that have a solid QB coach. Being a junior he needs to get up to speed quickly if he any shot of QBing in the NFL.

LSU probably isn't the school he needs though.
