Speaking of betting (not that anyone should be unless it is at a lawful sportsbook in Vegas) does anyone want to hammer OSU -7.5? Home team usually gets 3 and OSU it is generally 4 and add in a night game and I would push it to 5 before I even look at the teams. Add that OSU is at least a field goal better you are already at 8 in the oddsmakers mind. I would be surprised if this line doesn't move closer to 10 by the end of the week. Especially if practice reports have Braxton close to 100%.

I've already put $200 for tOSU to cover, that's easy money right there

and if Floyd lost that bet, it would only be 1/20th of what he made this month. With that, it's back to my non-obscenely-lucrative gig.

Can someone decode what all that means on the paper? Im not a gambler so it looks like a WW2 Nazi code...

Floyd bet that A&M would win by at least 17.5 points.  The payout is listed as -110 which means for every $110 he risks, he would be able to win $100.  In this case he risked $220,000 therefore he won $200,000.  A lot of times throughout the week, both the spread (17.5) and the payout (-110) will fluctuate so that the house has the best chance to make money.

If I'm reading the ticket correctly, isn't that just a bet on the 1st half spread?

d1145fresh's picture

Yea the way I'm reading it, the bet is for the first half line which was 17.5

Thanks. So, since he won he got to keep his 220K AND got a check for 200K? Wow. And if he loses, that 220 is down the drain. Wow...

Lol, I love Floyd Mayweather.

Vegas doesn't seem to like A&M at all.  If it's your thing, I would think A&M (-3) against Arkansas this week has to be pretty easy money

Yes, that seems like very, very easy money.

Maybe Vegas is thinking Karma is about to catch up to Johnny Football?

The real question is what are the odds on Johnny Football "throwing some A's" against the fighting Bielema's?

Italics are for emphasis; an ellipsis represents an unfinished thought.

It's always smart to bet against Dead Hooker University- I mean SMU

The offseason begins when your season ends. Even then there are no days off.

He tweets his winning slips, never the losers.
Similar to how he fought and beat everyone except Paquiao, whom he dodged for years.

The postgame show is brought to you by... Christ, I can't find it. The hell with it...
