Yep. Basically two safeties and nothing else. No field goals, no touchdowns.
Two points are also rewarded for returning an extra point or two point conversion to the opposing team's (the one executing the extra point/two point conversion attempt) endzone.

True, but that wouldn't lead to a 4-0 score though, and I think that 6-2 is still a more likely score than 4-0.
Touché, but if we're on the 4-0 tangent, what's the statistical probability of 4-2? Both have gotta be damned near impossible.
4-2 might even be more unlikely, just because what game has 3 safeties, or what about 4-4?
Just thought about that, but that would cause overtime, leading to possibilities of 7-4, 10-4, 10-7, 11-10, 11-7, 11-4, etc. All those options have to be more possible than 4-2, I think.
