We heard Terrelle Pryor was going in for arthroscopic surgery this week and his latest tweet confirms it:
Looks to be good news as it appears they didn't find anything more serious with the partially torn posterior cruciate ligament in his left knee and he'll be a go when spring sessions get going.

Pryor has come a long way with media relations since the vick eye black incident. Good to hear it went well- makes me anxious to see him at full strength next year!
His tweets are a stark contrast to those of some of his teammates.
you mean you didn't want gay slurs and birthday party announcements?!?! what else is twitter for?
Like Duron Carter's before he made his private? .. or how about Jermale Hines.. Talk about some internet slang babbling
TP should of have Tressel do that rubbing of the leg thing that Mr. Miyagi did when Danial Son's leg was hurt. Then TP could come out and do a crane kid to Dick-Rod's head.
Wax on, wax off. I heard Barwis uses the "wax off" method.
It seems like TP startin to get how to be a leader because hes talkin like a preacher and its cool to me
You picked that up 7 minutes after he posted it? Jason... You're a stalker!
Ha. Just checked Twitter at the right time, really.
What'd you imagine the Buckeyes' ranking as a football team would be without Pryor under center? A borderline top 20-25 team? TP is good for at least 20 places. Our defense is stellar no matter what, but after seeing the limited reps Bauserman had last year the drop off from TP to Bauserman is breathtaking. I can't remember a player that meant so much to a Buckeye team than TP will to the 2010 squad. Here's hoping his knee heals ASAP and he can lead us to the promised land of MNC, just as he promised Tress in the wake of the LSU loss.
Keep in mind, If Pryor doesn't come in, then OSU probably keeps Henton, and also has a shot at some of the recruits last year, who went elsewhere b/c Pryor was entrenched as starter.
I'm not sure it's worth 20 spots, but I'd say OSU would probably be a top 10/15 team.
suuuuuuuuuuuuuuure
i like jon thoma's tweets because unsurprisingly he seems like the dorkiest member of the team and his twitter reads like my mom's would
See what he did there? With the words?
That's a good point about Henton and the other possible recruits had TP never committed, but I meant the above more along the lines of the consequences of TP being seriously injured at the start of the 2010 season, not as a counterfactual of the possible QB depth had TP never committed to the Bucks.
OSU might be ranked as a top 10 to 15 team based on prestige, but I doubt we'd deserve that without TP; I encourage you to go back and watch game tape of when Bauserman came in for a few series during a mid-season game at the Shoe. I don't think he completed a single pass, and he was slow as hell. We'd get the run stuffed our defense would be on the field 2/3rds of the game. I just hope our left tackles come along and protect his blind side.
I can't help but wonder why this didn't happen a month ago.
Henton wasn't ever going to be a good QB.
Im glad to hear good news about the knee. I look foward to seeing you in the spring.

....and you know that because????
Someone is close friends with Tana Hoy.......
he was in the same communications class with me 3 years ago, seemed surprisingly normal/dorky
-1, grammar.
true... but we probably get tajh boyd if we don't get TP.
Kcuf taj boyd
No Homo
I hear that takes a lot of practice.
You'd be surprised
because he couldn't cut it at Ga Southern either, got benched after about 7 starts
classes, family commitments, swelling, 2nd opinions, waiting to see if would heal on its own, any number of reasons...
how badly has Henton fallen? I didnt realize til I looked it up but he transferred from Ga Southern after 2008 bcuz he would have to challenge for the starting position.. LOL anytime there is competition, he's outta there. Anyway, Henton is at D2 Fort Valley State University now. wow.
