the fact that yesterday's score actually disgusted the announcers pisses me off. andre ware's houston team used to really hang points on other teams (yeah, that was a looong time ago kiddies) and the little bald dude (no idea what his name is) prob can't even grip a football with so tiny carnival worker hands.
I don't care of the context, as a head coach of a football team you cannot look disappointed when your team scores. You don't have to cheer, but you certainly can't look disgusted.

I got no problem with it. The backups put is a lot of time and effort and deserve a little glory.
Speaking of Andre Ware, did anyone else hear him report that Terrelle has
joined the Buckeyes in January (two months before he even committed), and
went all the way through Spring practice with them? And running up points?
There is not a classier coach in all of football than the Vest. We could have
an Urban or a Mack who turn in these 65-0 scores EVERY year on hapless
Baylors, etc, or the man who INVENTED "style" points, the AD of Nebraska.
Obviously Ware and Pasch are the "third" string of commentating -- and now
we know why. They are really used car salesmen in disguise.
The Pryor joining the team in January was only one of MAN flubs that they made during the game. Calling players by the wrong name repeatedly, saying something about "in that ohio state game" when referring to the debacle that was osu @ usc. I could go on and on.
But hey, at least it wasn't pammy.

ugh, the announcers were shyte. They kept referring to wells getting hurt in the ohio game when it was obviously youngstown st. The first time i just figured it was an error, but they kept doing it. As you said, they referred to players by the wrong name, and it was annoying as hell when they kept saying "Chris Beanie Wells." Not wrong I suppose, but still annoying, lol

Yesterday, before JT turned into Evil Tressel, Tampa Buckeye said that 'he's gone' and I'm assuming he meant fired from the program since a day earlier TB wrote that JT was an 'ASSHOLE' and a 'Dick' in two separate posts. At first I was offended that he would spout this type of venom. OK, you don't like JT, ok you don't think he is a good play caller but I thought does this jerk, ignorant SOB, Tampa Buckeye, really have to state his views in this fashion?? Then the rest of the day plays out and I have to apologize to Tampa Buck. Tressel either can't score enough, he scores too much or he does in in an unsportsmanlike manner! I agree Tressel must go!!!

I don't understand the shit Tressel has put up with this week. Not wanting to tell us everything about Small. Thats class! He could easily deflect the attention away from himself and list all the reasons why Small got suspended or why Smalls' dad isn't up for Parent of the Year - and say "Do you blame me for sitting this kid?", but the guy keeps it in house and absorbs all the negativity himself. Please name another coach that would do the same for his program.
Now we are going to get on him about running up the score or kinda kicking himself in the ass for calling a run that ended up going for pay dirt vs. taking a knee? Give me a freaking break!

Pryor was something else on Saturday. The kid is a true Freak on the field. What is most impressive to me is that he did most of his work when the D was on their heels, knowing he was going to pass. It wasn't until late in the 2nd quarter that Pryor actually dropped back on 1st or 2nd down! Simply amazing!
J.B., Yes, I'm joking. I thought my post was dripping with sarcasm but I guess not. I was responding to Tampa Buckeye who stated all these things in a few posts over the last few days. I agree, I think that Tampa Buckeye is insane, and very disrespectful at the least.
Tressel is in a bit of a slump but to call him an ahole and a dick is a bit over the top and something I just don't get.
Contary to people like Tampa Buck, I think that the future looks bright...with Tress.
And yet when USC hangs 69 points on a team, everyone thinks they're the best team in the country.

I didnt think winning 45-10 was such a bad thing. Oh, and all of you complaining about USC winning like they do should stop. I mean Petey and USC are the sweethearts of college football. They can do nothing wrong. Hell, when the lost to Oregon state they didnt even fall out of the top 10. THat has to tell you something right there. I am very happy we put up 45. At least we know our O can score. Lets do it again this week and then the week after. Then i will be really happy. Oh, and you all remember last year when Saine broke that 30 yarder at the end of the Washington game? I dont recall taking a lot of heat for that and that game was well over. Now, Boom takes a 20 yarder or something and we get heat. Its not Tressels fault NW cant tackle. Andre needs to shut his mouth. Especially since he is one of the most over-hyped qbs coming out of college in recent history.
