Pulitzer Lite
Similar, really2007 was a banner year for sports blogs and especially so in the college football ranks. Given that it’s the only sport on the planet where it is possible to go undefeated and not have a chance to play for a championship, you can see why it’s such fertile ground for great commentary and debate (and quite frankly, some of the funniest stuff on the web).
Well, it’s time again to recognize some of the fine work being done in these ranks via the 2007 College Football Blogger Awards. EDSBS does a great job summarizing the categories and rules that go into this genital sheen contest.
Over the next week we’ll be posting our nominations, but anyone can nominate blogs. Simply hit up this form and be sure to have your nominees in by midnight 1/27 (Sunday).
I know most of you read quite a few other blogs, but if you need inspiration, check out some of the links to the right.
Get out and vote. There’s a lot of great stuff out there and besides, you don’t want to miss casting a vote for the Jenn Sterger’s Rack Award.

You really need to stop watching Numbers on CBS, math does not predict recruits or solve crimes…

You Wolverines, have a pigface.
For those of you out there who remember “KJB” mentioning my twin brother who is a Michigan fan…..well, that is him posting as “Wolverines.”
(He was kidnapped as a child and brainwashed by a demented first grade teacher.)

image of said corvette, courtesy of Brian at MGoBlog. I’m sure the rest of college football are girding their loins over the idea of an Ohio State recruiting scandal.
