So You’re Telling Me There’s Still A Chance..
Looking at #3 come MondayDid Michigan do the Bucks the world’s greatest favor by distracting Miles and the Tigers?
At any rate, we welcome Leslie to Michigan next year. The more I see of him in action, the more reckless and out of control he appears coaching. He’s just been blessed with incredible talent and insane luck. Until today.
Don’t forget to turn it to ESPN2 to catch the Buckeyes taking on Texas A&M in hoops.

Les Miles is Carr’s opposite in the best ways…for the Buckeyes!
Kinda like Communism vs Socialism, maybe not.

Patting myself on the back now…..but I said we had a chance less than 24 hours after we lost to Illinois.

And I got attacked by a few weak Michigan blogs for saying so….I wonder where those blogs are at now?

All year long LSU has lacked any kind of killer instinct. They are supposed to have the toughest defense in the country, and they score a TD in the first OT. Just hold a one-dimensional team one series and it’s all over. No can do. This is a team that does not know how to finish a team off and it came back to bite them again. Oh well, see you at the ‘Shoe next year Les.

It’s all the more amazing considering LSU has 25 seniors. Most overrated defense. Evar.

Michigan will never hire that guy after watching that game.

I’ve been saying the 51 day layoff between The Game and the BCS Championship would actually be an advantage for the Buckeyes. I don’t know why more people haven’t noticed what Jeff an I have been talking about. Even after the Illinois loss OSU was closer to a championship than most people thought. They didn’t need to “control their own destiny” because in The Season of Upsets the biggest advantage they could have was their early finish. Ohio State’s signed its score card and is resting in the club house while all the other contenders have to go out and risk blowing it against hungry underdogs keen to play the spoiler.

I don’t know if it’s Michigan doing OSU the favor, or my Tigers’ talent that has made Leslie Miles look like a good coach (he is not). But for the sake of LSU and OSU, let’s hope Michigan is fooled enough to hire him.
And OSU and West Virginia may well prove that the best path to the BCS title game is playing in a weak conference with no title game.

Most overrated defense. Evar.
Gainesville laughs at your assertion. Sadly.

Dan, don’t you know the word “evar” is loosely defined as “within the past 10 months”?

Yeah, I’m worrying the same thing myself as I watch this game.
No chance for the Bucks to jump WVU after they hung 60+ today.

I thought the same when a 4 loss Buckeye team waxed Miles’ Okie State team in the Alamo Bowl, but LSU was so impressed they took him the next day, if memory serves correct. Next day or not, either way…
