Buckeye NFLer of the Week
This week’s award goes to kicker Mike Nugent of the New York Jets. “Nuge” had 2 extra points and went 4-4 on field goals including one from 54 yards in the Jets 26-11 win over the Houston Texans. The four field goals tied a career high for Nugent and he also chipped in with a solo tackle on a kick return.
For the season, Nugent is 12-15 on field goals, including 4-5 on kicks greater than 40 yards.

Looks like Nuge is finally settling in as a NFL kicker. His rookie season was a little shaky. Where’s Houston?

Looks like Houston is out of the league. Not sure of his whereabouts.
