Not to be confused with the real Max Headroom or even Johnny Mack Brown (a real life former college football player who made it as an actor), but Texas coach Mack Brown has a cameo in the upcoming NBC series, "Friday Night Lights". Brown plays the role of a father giving the coach a hard time in the premiere episode tonight.
