It's a great day in the Kosta Koufos household as the former Buckeye has earned a four-year, $33 million contract from the Sacremento Kings.

Despite the fact this will be Kosta's fifth franchise in seven years and he's averaged just 5.4 points and 4.7 boards per game, Kings GM Vlade Divac just couldn't pass up on the 7-footer.

Koufos has started roughly 33% of his NBA games played though 81 of those 139 career starts came three seasons ago in Denver.

In a reserve role, he has earned a reputation as a solid defender which is something the Kings can surely use and reuniting with George Karl, the same head coach who started him those 81 times in Denver back in 2012-13, should put Koufos in a position to be a positive factor on what will unfortunately be a trainwreck of a locker room featuring Boogie Cousins and Rajon Rondo.
