With his 17th straight completion against Michigan State, C.J. Stroud set a new Ohio State record on Saturday.

The redshirt freshman quarterback, who went 17-for-17 after his first incompletion against the Spartans, break the all-time program record of 16 set by J.T. Barrett in 2017 and equaled by Justin Fields just last season.

Stroud started the game 20-for-21 with 294 yards and four touchdowns through the air on Saturday, helping the Buckeyes to a 35-0 lead halfway through the second quarter.
