Following a rash of upsets Saturday that saw No. 2 Clemson, No. 3 Michigan, No. 4 Washington and several other ranked teams go down, Ohio State's odds to win the College Football Playoff jumped to 2/1.

Urban Meyer's team, ranked No. 2 in both the AP and Coaches Poll, trails the prohibitive favorite, unbeaten and rarely challenged Alabama, who were listed at 4/5 Sunday by the sports book at the Westgate Las Vegas.

The Buckeyes are coming off two consecutive blowout victories, destroying Maryland, 62-3, Saturday, a week after throttling No. 10 Nebraska at home by the same score.

Ohio State travels to Michigan State this week before ending the season at home against No. 4 Michigan.
